Korelasi Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA) Ibu Hamil dengan Berat Badan Lahir Bayi

Berat badan lahir rendah merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya stunting dan wasting sampai anak berusia 5 tahun. Berat badan lahir bayi berhubungan erat dengan status nutrisi ibu hamil. Status nutrisi ibu hamil diukur menggunakan Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara LILA trimester 1 dan LILA saat sebelum persalinan cukup bulan dengan Berat badan lahir bayi. Studi potong lintang pada 127 ibu hamil di RS Kurnia Serang Banten periode bulan Februari 2021 sampai bulan Juli 2021 menggunakan kuesioner dan anthropometri. Nilai rata-rata dan standar deviasi Lila Semester 1 dan LILA saat sebelum persalinan adalah 26.42 ± 3.37 cm dan 26.36 ± 3.20 cm sedangkan nilai rata-rata berat badan lahir bayi adalah 3046.29 ± 421.65 gram. Uji korelasi menggunakan spearman's rho antara LILA Trimester 1 dengan Berat Badan Lahir Bayi mendapatkan koefisian korelasi 0.293 dengan sig (2-tailed) 0.001 dan antara LILA saat sebelum persalinan cukup bulan dengan berat badan lahir bayi mendapatkan koefisien korelasi 0.320 dan sig (2-tailed) 0.000. LILA berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap berat badan lahir bayi. Dengan mengetahui status nutrisi ibu hamil, dapat dilakukan intervensi gizi untuk mendapatkan berat badan lahir bayi yang optimal.
