Air merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang harus terpenuhi dalam menjalani kehidupan, salah satunya adalah terpenuhinya kebutuhan air minum. Saat ini, masyarakat lebih memilih air minum yang berasal dari Depot Air Minum (DAM) dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air minum karena ternilai relatif lebih murah. Tujuan Penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui higiene sanitasi Depot Air Minum (DAM) yang terdapat di wilayah kerja puskesmas kertosari Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yakni 14 DAM di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kertosari, dimana sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan besar sampel 10 DAM. Instrumen Penelitian menggunakan check list yang terdapat pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 43 Tahun 2014 tentang Higiene Sanitasi Depot Air Minum. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan variable penelitian yang meliputi kondisi higiene sanitasi tempat DAM, kondisi higiene sanitasi peralatan DAM dan kondisi higiene sanitasi penjamah DAM di wilayah kerja puskesmas kertosari menghasilkan beberapa variabel yang sudah sesuai dengan standar dan terdapat variabel yang masih belum sesuai dengan standar, terutama pada variabel higiene dan sanitasi penjamah meliputi 50% tempat sampah tidak memenuhi syarat, 70% tidak memiliki fasilitas cuci tangan dan 100% penjamah tidak melakukan cuci tangan ketika melayani konsumen. Disarankan untuk pihak penjamah untuk menyediakan fasilitas cuci tangan agar dapat mempermudah cuci tangan ketika melayani kosumen, dan menyediakan tempat sampah agar lebih mudah membuang sampah, serta tempat sampah yang harus dipenuhi harus tertutup. Penjamah juga disarankan memakai baju kerja khusus ketika bekerja.

Bottled drinking water (AMDK) is raw water that is processed, packaged and safe to drink (meets physical, chemical and bacteriological requirements) including mineral water and demineralized water. The physical requirements for drinking water quality include color, taste, turbidity and odor. The purpose of this study is to determine the turbidity of bottled drinking water circulating in Banyuwangi with the measurement method using a Turbidimeter. This is observtional research was conducted in April 2019 with 13 samples. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The average result of measurement of water turbidity level is 0.31 NTU, meaning that it meets the SNI 01-3553-2006 standard on Bottled Drinking Water so that it is safe to consume if viewed from turbidity parameters. Bottled Drinking Water is said to be feasible and safe to consume if it meets the requirements specified in SNI 01-3553-2006 concerning Bottled Drinking Water, which does not exceed the maximum threshold value that has been determined. Turbidity or turbidity of bottled drinking water (AMDK) originating from mountain springs raw water sources has a lower value compared to turbidity AMDK with groundwater raw water sources.

Overweight is an accumulation of excess adipose reserve within the body, resulting in an increase of bodyweight. Consumption of ultra-processed beverages, and energy intake from food and beverage are several fators that can cause the problem of overweight. This research aims to understand the relation between sugar intake in ultra-processed beverages and energy intake from food and beverages with overweight among teenage students of senior high school 6 Surabaya. The research is an observational research with cross-sectional design. Sampling is taken using proportional random sampling technique. The number of participants are 80 teenagers from 10th and 11th classes in June 2020. Participants are aged 15-18 years old. Energy intake from food and beverages are taken from 2x24 hour recall questionnaire, and sugar intake from ultra-processed beverages taken from seven-day beverages diary.. Statistical analysis are done using chi-square. The result shows relation between energy intake from food and beverages with overnutrition, with (p =< 0,001). In conclusion, excess energy intake from food and beverages relation with overweight problem to teenagers, thus requiring balanced nutritional guide education as well as annual nutrition status monitoring, from the school to its teenage students.

Stunting is a undernutrition chronic status in the period of growth and development since the beginning of life. The incidence of stunting is influenced by multifactorial. Some factors such as the adequacy of macro nutrition during the growth period, incidence of infectious diseases, maternal personal hygiene and environmental sanitation, and mother's education, mother's occupation and family income. The purpose of this study was to analyze the adequancy of macro nutrient, incidents of diarrhea, maternal personal hygiene, and environmental sanitation  for the incidence of stunting. This research was observational with a case-control design. The case group was stunting toddlers aged 24-59 months, whereas the control group was normal toddlers (H/A) toddler age 24-59 months. Research was carried out in the working area of Mulyorejo Health Center Surabaya. Sample on this research was 28 for both stunting and non-stunting. Data was collected by measuring height and weight, family and toddler characteristic questionnaire, personal hygiene behavior assessment questionnaire, healthy home assessment questionnaire, food recall questionnaire 1x24 hours on holidays and week days. The data were analyzed using chi-square tests to determine the correlection of variabels on the incidence of stunting. The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between the level of energy sufficiency (p = 0.015) (OR = 4,636), the level of protein sufficiency (p = 0,000) (OR = 15,000), the level of fat sufficiency (p = 0,000) (OR = 22,000), the level of carbohydrate adequacy (p = 0,000) (OR = 11,500), history of diarrhea (p = 0.001) (OR = 0.121), and maternal personal hygiene (p = 0,000) (OR = 0.263) with stunting but, was no relationship between environmental sanitation (p = 0.070) (OR = 0.258) for the incidence of stunting. The conclusion in this study is the adequacy of macro nutrients, no incidents of diarrhea, good maternal personal hygiene, and environmental sanitation that meet the requirements will reduce the risk of stunting

Depression can interfere with the mood that affects a person's feelings, thinking ability, and completing daily activities. Symptoms of depression include prolonged sadness and loss of interest in doing activities that are usually done, followed by a decrease in the ability to carry out activities. Based on data from WHO in 2015, the proportion of the global population experiencing depression is estimated at 4.4%. Meanwhile, based on a survey from Riskesdas in 2018 showed that depression began to occur in the 15-24 year age group with a prevalence of 6.2%. Adolescents are an age group that is vulnerable to depression. This study aims to determine the level of depression in students of OSIS management of vocational high schools (SMK) in Banyuwangi based on gender using BDI-II (Beck Depression Inventory-II). This research is a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach using a total population of 51 people of the student organization management of vocational high schools (SMK) in Banyuwangi. The questionnaire used is BDI-II (Beck Depression Inventory-II) which consists of 21 statements. The respondents' answers were categorized into 4 levels of depression categories, namely no depression, mild depression, moderate depression and major depression. Male students who did not depression were 41.7%, mild depression were 16.6%, moderate depression were 41.7%, and major depression were 0%. The female students who did not depression were 56.4%,  mild depression were 35.9%, moderate depression were 7.7%, and major depression were 0%. Depression is more common in women than men

Dental caries attacks all people, all ages, both men and women, all tribes, races and at all levels of social status. The World Health Organization (WHO) survey in 2013 said that as many as 87% of school-age children around the world and most adults had suffered from dental caries. According to the Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2013, the prevalence of dental caries in children aged 5-9 years 28.9%, up from 2007 amounted to 21.6%. Dental and oral health services for elementary school children and the same level in Majene Regency were not optimally implemented in 2017 the percentage of students examined was 53.5% and those who received care were only 20% of the number that should be treated. This study aims to identify the relationship of maternal knowledge about dental health with caries incidence in children. This research uses observational research with cross sectional approach that connects independent variables with dependent variables at the same time. The total population in this study was 65 parents (mothers) students, and the sampling technique used was total sampling. Research Results From the Chi Squaredi test results obtained value ρ = 0,000 where the value of ρ is less than 0.05 which means there is a meaningful relationship between the knowledge of mother with caries incidence in children. It is suggested to mothers to seek more information about maintaining oral health and giving good food for dental health and it is hoped that the school will organize a School Dental Health Effort to pay more attention to the oral health of children

Dengue High Fever (DHF) is a contagious health problem in tropical areas like Indonesia. Palu city has the highest cases of DHF that is 600 cases (Incidence Rate 166,2/100.000 population) and there are 9 people died. Incidence of DHF in the working area of Kamonji public health center are 106 cases. Factors that cause DHF in this working area are environment and behavior of community. The study aimsis determine risk factors of environment and eradication of mosquito nests efforts in the working area of Kamonji Public Health Center. This type of research is case-control approach and the sample taken from Total Sampling technique which amounts to 86 respondents with a ratio 1:1. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate at 95% confidence level (α=0,05) which shows that precenses of larvae in breeding place (OR=0,334) and drain water containers (OR=0,237) are protective factors. Another result shows that presences of mosquito in resting place (OR=3,654), close water containers (OR=4,032), the use of abate (OR=3,048) and the use of anti-mosquito drugs (OR=4,909) are risk factors of incidence of DHF in working area of Kamonji public health center. The efforts to prevent incidence of DHF is implement eradication of mosquito nest so that the environment around the house still clean and has no chance for become breeding place of Aedes aegypti.

Traffic accidents are still a global problem today. Traffic accidents are the main cause of death for all age groups dominated by adolescents. The number of traffic accident cases in Indonesia reached 108,871 incidents with details of which 25,511 people died. Accident data in Central Sulawesi during 2016 reached 1,889 incidents, with 420 dead, 1,076 serious injuries and 2,042 minor injuries. The city of Palu is in order no. 1 with traffic accidents 308 cases with losses of up to 616 million rupiah. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with safety riding behavior. This type of research is quantitative with a Cross Sectional Study approach, sampling using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 84 respondents. The data were collected using a questionnaire with a Guttman scale. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between knowledge (p = 0.95), while there was a relationship between attitude (p = 0.008), SIM ownership (p = 0.003), and safety riding behavior. To prevent traffic accidents, it is necessary to provide an understanding of Safety Riding, guide traffic discipline, invite them to complete driving licenses, familiarize children with using PPE, and provide motivation to always prioritize safety in driving.

The determination of the No Smoking Area is an effort to protect the community against the risk of health problems due to the environment contaminated with cigarette smoke. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the No Smoking Area policy at the Undata Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Palu, especially in the aspects of communication, resources, disposition. , and bureaucratic structures. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Determination of informants is done through purposive sampling technique, namely the researcher uses his judgment in selecting informants to obtain in-depth information according to the research objectives. the concept of communication is good enough. The KTR Task Force at Undata Hospital uses print and electronic media. In the resource variable, the results are not good enough. The KTR Task Force at Undata Hospital is still lacking in terms of the number, namely only 15 people previously numbered 30 people. The disposition variables obtained in this study are good enough. The appointment of the KTR task force at Undata Hospital is directly selected by the hospital director, but the supervisory officers still lack incentives. In the bureaucratic structure variable, the results were quite good. The most authorized person in implementing the implementation of the KTR policy implementation at the Undata Hospital Palu is the Task Force coordinator. The suggestion in this research is that the KTR Task Force at Undata Hospital should be added and the Undata Hospital should create a smoking area.
