Peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Petugas di Puskesmas Pangi Kabupaten Parigi Moutong

Isu penting yang mempengaruhi kemajuan pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesia adalah kinerja layanan kesehatan yang masih di bawah standar. Tantangan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang sedang berlangsung tetap menjadi hal yang paling penting bagi organisasi yang ingin berkembang di dunia global saat ini. Sumber daya manusia memainkan peran penting dalam semua aspek operasional organisasi. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia dapat dinilai melalui tiga indikator utama: pendidikan, pelatihan, dan motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analitik dengan desain cross-sectional dan mengambil lokasi di Puskesmas Pangi, Kecamatan Parigi Utara, Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak pendidikan, pelatihan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode univariat dan bivariat, khususnya uji chi-square. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 53 petugas, yang semuanya termasuk dalam sampel melalui teknik total sampling. HAsil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang jelas antara pendidikan, pelatihan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja secara keseluruhan. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai P sebesar 0,031 (p < 0,05). Demikian pula, pelatihan juga memainkan peran penting, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai P sebesar 0,038 (p < 0,05). Lebih lanjut, motivasi ditemukan sebagai faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi kinerja, dengan nilai P sebesar 0,025 (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini variabel pengetahuan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku keamanan berkendara sedangkan variabel pengaruh teman sebaya dan sarana berkendara memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku keamanan berkendara. Adapun saran dalam penelitian ini kepada SatLantas dan Dishub untuk memperketat regulasi dan pengawasan terhadap kendaraan yang tidak layak pakai serta melibatkan sekolah dalam kampanye keselamatan berkendara untuk meningkatkan kesadaran secara kolektif menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang jelas antara pendidikan, pelatihan, dan motivasi dengan efektivitas petugas di Puskesmas Pangi. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah agar puskesmas meningkatkan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan berfokus pada peningkatan Pendidikan, pelatihan, motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas.
