Hospital is a comprehensive form of health service institution, includes aspects of promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitation, as well as a public health referral center. Demand on healthcare service theory consists of revenue, visit cost and  service quality. Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency is a referral center and regionalization hospital in Central Sulawesi Province, which the number of visits in 2016 to 2018 in a row were 19.186, 10.971 and 12.954. The study was purposed to determined Relation Between Requests for Use of Health Service and Patient Satisfaction on Inpatient Care Unit at Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency. This was a quatitative analysis research with the cross sectional study approach. The population was patients on Inpatient Care Unit of Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital which amounted to 12.954 sampels and through purposive sampling technique. Data was analyzed univariate and bivariate variables using Chi-Square Test. The results showed that there are relation between revenue (p=0,002), visit cost (p=0,002) and service quality (p=0,000) with patients satisfaction on Inpatient Care Unit at Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency. The Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency is expected to observe routinly so that maintaining the service quality of the good things and improving the service quality of the lack variabels.

Hospital is an individual health care institution plenary, bused on continuous improvement in service quality and active marketing management. The marketing mix consists of 7P namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. The (RSUD) Undata Central Sulawesi Province is a referral hospital  where the number  of general patient visits  in  the inpatient unit has decreased over the past 3 years, indicating a decrease in patient loyalty. This study aims to determine the relationship of marketing mix with patient loyalty in the inpatient unit of the regional general hospital (RSUD) Undata Central Sulawesi  Province.  The  research  method  used  is  quantitative  with  a  cross sectional approach. The population is all inpatients of the undata general hospital which number 1.255 sampling technique was proportional stratified sampling. Data analysis used in this study is univariate and bivariate analysis with a value of p≤0,05. The results show that there is a marketing mix relationship product (p=0,000), price (p=0,002), place (p=0,001), promotion (p=0,000), people (p=0,000), process (p=0,000), and physical evidence (p=0,018) with patient loyalty in the inpatient unit of the regional general hospital undata in palu. It is expected that the (RSUD) Undata Palu will further improve the quality of its marketing  mix  in  SDM  professionalisme,  service  speed,  physical quality,  and hospital equipment.

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number: 129 / Menkes / Sk / II / 2008 concerning hospital minimum service standards (SPM) regarding inpatient satisfaction has a standard of> 90%. While for the BPJS patient satisfaction standard based on the JKN road map BPJS patient satisfaction> 75. The purpose of this study was to determine the Satisfaction of JKN Participants About the Quality of Health Services Using HCAHPS Indicators in the Inpatient Installation of Central Sulawesi Province Hospital. This type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in the study amounted to 7,083 respondents and the sampling used probability sampling with a total sample of 95 respondents. The results showed JKN participants' satisfaction with the HCAHPS method as follows: doctor's communication dimensions, satisfied (85.5%) and dissatisfied (10.5%). Dimensions of communication of nurses, satisfied (88.4%) and not satisfied (11.6%). Dimensions of the hospital environment, satisfied (84.2%) and dissatisfied (15.8%). Dimensions of pain management, satisfied (83.2%) and dissatisfied (16.8%). Dimensions of treatment communication, satisfied (83.2%) and dissatisfied (16.8%). Dimensions of recommendations to friends and family recommend (91.6%) and not recommend (8.4%). In conclusion, JKN participants were satisfied with all HCAHPS components studied.

The number of inpatient visits in RSU Anutapura Palu, where in 2015 inpatient visits of 5,640, then in 2016 patient visits decreased to 5,451, in 2017 also decreased to 3,999 and in 2018 also decreased Drastic to 1,146 patient visits. This research aims to determine the utilization of health services in patients in general hospitalization in RSU Anutapura Palu. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Research was conducted from May-June 2019. The population in the study is a visitor (number of hospitalizations) at the General Hospital (RSU) Anutapura Palu. In this case the people who use health services in the General Hospital (RSU) Anutapura Palu recorded as many as 1,146 visitors (patients) in the year 2018. Primary data collection is through questionnaires and secondary data through the study of patient record documents and other supporting documents. The utilization of health services in patients in general hospitalization in RSU Anutapura Palu is well from the aspects of health beliefs, abilities and needs. RSU Anutapura Palu is expected to be able to improve the promotion of health services so that people use the health services provided.

Prisoner services are services related to the implementation of prisoners' rights and obligations in the form of care, coaching, education and guidance. Health services at the Class II A Prison Polyclinic in Palu do not have a health practice permit and only have 5 nurses and 1 dentist.The aim of this study was todetermine the service quality of the Class II A Lapis Polyclinic in Palu. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive survey approach. The sample in this study were 120 patients who visited the Polyclinic. Sampling used the Accidental Sampling method. Data collected using questionnare. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using univariate analysis. Research results from the dimensions of reliability 86.7% of respondents said well and 13.3% of respondents stated that it was not good, from the dimension of responsiveness 88.3% of respondents said good and 11.7% of respondents stated that it was not good, from the dimensions assurance (guarantee) 85% of respondents stated that good and 15% of respondents stated that it was not good, from the dimensions of empathy (empathy) 94.2% of respondents said good and 5.8% of respondents said it was not good, and from the tangible dimension (physical evidence) 90, 8% of respondents said good and 9.2% of respondents said it was not good. The conclusion of the study, from the service quality at Class II A Prison Polyclinic in Palu based on the SERVQUAL model can be said to be good. Suggestion is to maintain and improve the quality of service from each quality dimension so that it can meet the needs of patients.

Hypertension is one of the major problems in Indonesia and in the world. The number of hypertensive cases in Palu city in 2015-2017 was increased. In 2015 as many as 8407 cases, the year 2016 as many as 8697 cases and 2017 as many as 9406 cases. This research aims to determine the economic loss that is borne by hypertension sufferers with concomitant diseases in the inpatient unit of RSU Anutapura Palu. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Research was conducted from March to June 2019. The population is all patients suffering from hypertension with a concomitant illness that conducts hospitalisation in RSU Anutapura Palu, the number of samples of 78 patients. Primary data collection is through questionnaires and secondary data through the study of patient record documents and other supporting documents. Total economic loss for people with hypertension with concomitant illness in inpatient unit of RSU Anutapura Palu amounting to Rp. 234.318.617 with an average of Rp 3.004.084 per sufferer. The results of this study also showed that the magnitude of the losses suffered by patients especially in patients who are still productive work is advised to carry out regular control every month to prevent the expenditure of the cost of illness that will continue Increased.
