Ketahanan Pangan dan Gizi Rumah Tangga Penyitas Bencana Pasca 4 Tahun Gempa Bumi dan Tsunami Kota Palu

Masalah ketahanan pangan dan gizi merupakan masalah yang selalu terjadi pasca terjadinya suatu bencana alam. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis ketahanan pangan dan gizi rumah tangga penyintas bencana pasca 4 tahun gempa bumi dan tsunami di Kota Palu. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang dilaksanakan pada Agustus - Oktober 2022 di kawasan hunian tetap (huntap) para penyintas bencana gempa bumi dan tsunami tahun 2018 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 rumah tangga yang diambil secara acak proporsional. Responden adalah kepala rumah tangga atau pasangannya. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah karakteristik sosial ekonomi melalui wawancara dengan mengunakan kuesioner, status ketahanan pangan rumah tangga diukur dengan menggunakan HFIAS (Household Food Insecurity Access Scale), dan status gizi balita diukur secara antropometri dengan perhitungan nilai z-score menggunakan software WHO-Antro 2005. Hasil menunjukan rumah tangga tahan pangan 46,9%, rawan pangan tingkat ringan 28,1%, tingkat sedang 15,6%, dan rawan pangan tingkat berat 9,4%. Sedangkan status gizi balita menunjukan underweight 18.7 %, stunted 30.2%, dan wasted 15.6%. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan status ketahanan pangan adalah tingkat pendapatan dan pendidikan kepala rumah tangga (p<0,05). Ketahanan pangan juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan status stunted (p<0,05). Program yang bertujuan dalam rangka peningkatan penghasilan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi rumah tannga masih perlu diberikan pada para penyintas bencana.
